“Statement from the Japan Women's Medical Association in response to ongoing attacks on Gaza”

Despite the ceasefire between Israel and Iran, attacks on Gaza continue. The president of the International Committee of the Red Cross has stated that "Gaza is worse than hell on earth." Even in times of war, people living in Gaza should be guaranteed the right to access food, medicine, and other necessities of life, and to a minimum standard of hygiene and medical care.
